Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policies

What's Included in the In-Person Conference Registration fee?
The conference registration fee includes access to the conference sessions, access to the exhibit hall, access to conference presentation materials, breakfast on Thursday and Friday, lunch on Thursday and Friday, refreshments on Thursday and Friday, and access to the networking cocktail reception on Thursday evening.  Conference registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE LODGING/HOTEL.

Acceptable Forms of Payment
All major credit cards are accepted including MasterCard, Visa and American Express.  Checks, wire transfers and ACH transactions are also accepted.

Conference Payment Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of registration.

Conference Substitution Policy
You must notify us by email at least 5 business days in advance if you wish to send a substitute participant.  If you are unable to find a substitute you may request a refund of registration fees per the refund policy listed below.

Conference Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
Participants wishing to cancel registration will be refunded according to our Standard Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy outlined below.

Standard Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds, minus a 10% service charge, will be honored if received before close-of-business (Central time) on December 15, 2024. Refunds, minus a 25% service charge, will be honored if received before close-of-business (Central time) on January 15, 2025.  No refunds will be given for cancellations received after close-of-business (Central time) January 15, 2025.

Dress Code
The suggested dress code is business casual.  We recommend having different layers of clothing available as conference rooms can be chilly.  

Other Questions
Deleon Trade LLC reserves the right to cancel the conference if it deems it necessary and will not be responsible for airfare‚ hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.  No liability is assumed by Deleon Trade LLC for changes in program date‚ content‚ speakers‚ or venue.

Deleon Trade LLC does not assume liability whatsoever in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to an unforeseen occurrence or circumstances or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible.  For purposes of this clause, an unforeseen occurrence or circumstance shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather, pandemic, or other emergency.

Please note that speakers and topics are intended but circumstances beyond the control of conference organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics.  As such, conference organizers reserve the right to alter or modify the speakers and/or topics if necessary, without any liability or consequences whatsoever.  Any substitutions, alterations or cancellations will be reflected on the conference web site.

Deleon Trade LLC reserves the right to deny admission to anyone‚ at any time‚ for any reason.
