Day 1: Wednesday, February 5, 2025

  • The conference kicked off with optional workshops, offering attendees the opportunity to sharpen their expertise in Advanced HTS/ECCN Classification and Advanced USMCA Rule of Origin Qualification.
  • The afternoon featured engaging concurrent sessions on critical topics such as customs enforcement trends, trade priorities of the new administration, China export compliance, and enforcement strategies for wood packaging materials.
  • Attendees ended the day with an energetic Welcome Networking Reception, fostering connections amid the vibrant Exhibitor Hall.

Day 2: Thursday, February 6, 2025

  • The second day opened with a networking breakfast, followed by thought-provoking sessions covering a range of pressing trade topics:
    • AD/CVD compliance and recent customs rulings
    • The latest U.S. export control updates and technology trade regulations
    • AI’s impact on trade compliance and the future of supply chain due diligence
    • Advanced strategies for duty mitigation, cybersecurity, and foreign corrupt practices compliance
  • The highlight of the evening was the much-anticipated Platinum Networking Event, where attendees stepped back in time to a Roaring ’20s-themed celebration, complete with entertainment, industry camaraderie, and engaging conversations.

Day 3: Friday, February 7, 2025

  • The final day continued with in-depth sessions on advanced drawback reviews, EAPA strategies, and broker compliance programs. Attendees also explored complex topics such as:
    • Trade remedy tariffs and customs bonds
    • Advanced country of origin compliance and Incoterms application
    • The evolving landscape of human rights due diligence and de minimis enforcement
  • The conference concluded with a networking lunch, where participants reflected on key takeaways and forged lasting professional relationships.

ATCC has requested approval for the 2025 conference for LCB, CCS, CES, MES, and CLE accreditation from the following organizations:

ATCC has received approval for 15 total hours of LCB continuing education credits for the 2025 conference (including the optional workshop) as well as 15 total credits for CCS/MCS and CES/MES programs. 

Texas State Bar

ATCC has received approval 15 total hours of CLE credits for the 2025 conference.

Florida State Bar

ATCC has received approval for 15.5 total hours of CLE credits for the 2025 conference including 1 hour of Ethics and 1 hour of Technology credits.
